You'll own the product roadmap for federal healthcare enrollment platforms, acting as the bridge between business needs and technical teams. Your work directly improves consumer access to healthcare by streamlining digital enrollment processes. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and manage the EDE product roadmap and backlog
• Translate regulatory requirements into user stories and features
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and cross-team collaboration
• Track post-launch metrics to drive continuous improvement

📋 Requirements

• 8-12+ years of product management or ownership experience
• 5+ years in healthcare or regulated government programs
• Experience with digital enrollment systems and federal IT
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
