You will provide expert application support for TrakCare, a hospital management system, by responding to customer inquiries, liaising with partners, and conducting training. This role involves troubleshooting, requirements scoping, and escalating issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• General aptitude for problem-solving and using technology
• Experience in product solutions support
• Experience with Hospital Information Systems
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight time constraints
• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate response to customer inquiries per service standards
• Liaise with customers to understand work processes and requirements
• Provide application support for TrakCare Hospital Management System
• Escalate unresolved problems per policies and procedures
• Conduct individual and group training, product demonstrations, and workshops
