🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and development of audio data core tools
• Hire, structure, and mentor the engineering team
• Oversee delivery of full-stack features for thousands of daily users
• Iterate on research hypotheses with Head of Research and Operations

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering management experience
• Leading technical organizations through rapid growth at startups or scale-ups
• Strong background in distributed systems, real-time data processing, or ML infrastructure
• Comfort digging into systems with deep technology stacks
