Description

You will design, build, and maintain automations for AV/UC SaaS platforms, develop internal microservices, implement infrastructure-as-code, and integrate enterprise systems to scale global communication tools at Okta.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional experience in software development, backend engineering, or SRE/DevOps.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, JavaScript/Node.js, or C#.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and JSON/XML data payloads.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy automated workflows for AV/UC SaaS platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Webex, Slack) using APIs and webhooks.
• Build and maintain internal services, middlewares, and self-service tools for AV/UC operations.
• Write and maintain scripts and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) for AV hardware and UC software deployment and monitoring.
• Integrate enterprise systems (HRIS, IT ticketing, UC platforms) for seamless data flow and automation.
• Develop automated health checks, monitoring, and alerting for AV/UC infrastructure.
