💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end KYC/KYB lifecycle for a global fintech, balancing customer experience, growth, and risk. Your work will directly enable scalable compliance across new geographies and customer segments. This role offers a chance to shape the financial crime product strategy in a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define KYC/KYB product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Design customer risk rating frameworks and ongoing due diligence processes.
• Partner with compliance, operations, data, and engineering teams for delivery.
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear product and system requirements.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years as a Product Manager in fintech or regulated financial services.
• 2+ years working on KYC/KYB or onboarding products.
• Strong understanding of CDD, EDD, and jurisdictional regulatory requirements.
• Experience with risk scoring systems, workflow tools, and third-party integrations.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience building platforms for both B2B and B2B2C use cases.
