You'll be at the crux of deepening customer understanding and delivering user value through experimentation and machine learning. This hybrid role is based in San Francisco.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and lead a team of data scientists partnering with product teams.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders to drive strategy.
• Implement team practices for data-informed decisions balancing rigor and speed.
• Guide data scientists in technical and professional development through mentorship.
• Make hands-on contributions including designing experiments and building ML models.

📋 Requirements

• Over 5 years in a comparable data science role with high-impact insights.
• At least 2 years managing a team of data scientists in product-focused environment.
• Skilled at working with Product, Engineering, and Design leadership to guide strategy.
• Strong technical background in quantitative field and fluency in Python or R.
