You'll make outbound calls to US prospects to introduce our products and services, converting cold leads into sales opportunities. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to prospects to introduce company products/services
• Qualify leads and gather relevant business information
• Overcome objections and convert cold leads into warm prospects
• Update call results and notes accurately in CRM

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Cold Caller or Telemarketer
• Strong spoken English and a neutral accent
• Experience handling US or AUS-based accounts
• Ability to work on a graveyard shift

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
• Experience with MS Office and Google Calendar
• Proactive attitude and tech savvy
