🎯 What You'll Do

• Design scalable HR automation solutions for employees and People teams.
• Build intuitive self-service experiences like Slack-based workflows.
• Architect end-to-end workflows across hiring, onboarding, and compliance.
• Integrate HiBob, Lever, Jira, and Tableau into a unified ecosystem.

📋 Requirements

• Proficient in no-code/low-code platforms and HRIS tools like HiBob.
• Comfortable with AI integrations (ChatGPT, Gemini).
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Deep understanding of HR workflows for hiring, onboarding, and compliance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements in a banking environment.
