You'll build an AI-driven recruitment system for Nebula, the largest spirituality brand with 70M+ users. Your work will directly impact hiring speed and quality across the company. You'll have the freedom to experiment with automation workflows and AI tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source candidates for high-priority product roles
• Build automation flows with n8n, Zapier, API integrations
• Use LLMs to optimize hiring processes
• Analyze talent market and adapt sourcing strategy

📋 Requirements

• Experience with AI tools like GPT, LLM, or agents
• Interest or experience in automation (Zapier, n8n, Make)
• Basic understanding of API integrations
• Process optimization and manual work reduction mindset
