You'll own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring value realization through the Workato platform and driving adoption across business units. You'll guide customers on their Enterprise Orchestration AI journey and help them think differently. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise customers.
- Guide customers on building AI roadmaps and driving adoption.
- Deliver Executive Business Reviews and monitor value realization.
- Serve as primary escalation point and orchestrate issue resolution.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in consulting, customer success, or account management.
- Experience managing enterprise accounts with $100k+ ARR.
- Strong ability to engage business and technical stakeholders up to C-level.
- Experience in integration or business automation.
✨ Nice to Have
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Prior experience as Sr CSM or Account Manager in large PaaS.
- Awareness of processes in HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales.
