🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as trusted advisor designing identity protection and cyber resilience architectures.
• Lead technical discovery workshops to assess identity infrastructure and recovery readiness.
• Design advanced recovery strategies including immutable backups and air-gapped environments.
• Architect solutions for identity systems to meet strict RPO/RTO requirements.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years designing and recovering enterprise identity management systems.
• Strong expertise in cyber resilience, disaster recovery, and backup architectures.
• Deep understanding of ransomware threats and identity-focused recovery methodologies.
• Experience with hybrid/multi-cloud environments and enterprise data protection.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of NIST, ISO 22301, DORA or equivalent compliance standards.
• Proven ability to engage with executive stakeholders and translate technical architecture into business value.
• Creation of technical assets and runbooks.
