💼 About This Role

You'll own the release marketing process from product planning to customer launch at Synthesia, the world's leading AI video platform. You'll build scalable systems to make launches predictable and ensure field teams always have what they need.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Centralize and maintain the product roadmap with Product teams
• Establish release readiness process with standardised release notes and tiering criteria
• Ensure GTM teams have talk tracks, guides, one-pagers, and creative assets
• Map the release marketing workflow and build scalable systems to accelerate launches

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product marketing, release marketing, or GTM program management at a B2B SaaS company
• Demonstrated systems thinking with ability to build repeatable launch processes
• Hands-on with modern tools like Notion, Slack, Linear, and AI tools like Claude
• Experience working directly with Product and Engineering to translate timelines into GTM-ready content
