You'll partner with internal and external stakeholders to define functional requirements for a large federal agency. Your work will directly impact government innovation and the optimization of cutting-edge technology solutions. You'll develop documentation, process maps, and briefings that bridge technical and non-technical audiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Document business and functional requirements for system implementation
• Create high-level briefings and communications for stakeholders
• Support development of training materials and demonstration sessions
• Identify and coordinate cross-team dependencies and collaboration

📋 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain government security clearance
• 7+ years experience in business analysis or systems analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or engineering
• Experience with Agile delivery methods and Jira

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting DHS HQ or other federal agencies
• Knowledge of federal acquisition lifecycle
• Project management or Agile certifications (PMP, ACP, CSM, SAFe)
