This role involves partnering closely with Product and Engineering to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and ship AI-driven features into production
• Lead technical decisions for AI architecture and system integration
• Identify and address reliability and scalability challenges
• Mentor engineers on AI engineering best practices

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proven experience deploying LLM-powered systems in production
• Strong proficiency in Python and production LLM applications
• Experience with agent architectures and orchestration patterns

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience applying AI in a B2B SaaS environment
• Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (MAPs), CRMs, or CDPs
• Experience deploying AWS infrastructure with Terraform, EKS, Postgres, etc.
