As a Personal Care Specialist at Green Thumb, you will engage one-on-one with patients and customers in a retail cannabis environment, guiding them to the right products and consumption methods. You'll play a key role in educating customers, maintaining compliance, and ensuring a positive experience from entry to checkout.

Requirements

At least one year of customer service experience
Must be 21 years or older
Pass all required background checks
Valid driver's license or state ID
Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends

Responsibilities

Engage with and assist patients/customers in a customer-facing retail environment
Educate patients/customers on products, consumption methods, and safety
Recommend safe and effective regimens based on patient needs
Verify order deliveries for accuracy
Ensure compliance with local and state cannabis regulations
