You'll act as a post-sale consultative partner to assigned clients, maximizing adoption and value of Xsolla's commerce tools. You'll drive long-term customer success through proactive engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

- Manage post-sale client relationships to maximize adoption and value
- Support onboarding, implementations, and ongoing client engagement
- Monitor customer success metrics and identify churn risks
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 4+ years of customer success or account management experience
- Understanding of customer lifecycle management
