You'll lead a team handling complex account change requests for supplier accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You'll serve as a point of escalation and provide peer coaching. This hybrid role offers a supportive team environment and the opportunity to use your legal document interpretation skills.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Review and process complex account change requests for accuracy and compliance
  • Communicate with suppliers to obtain legally valid documentation
  • Conduct global entity research using government databases
  • Provide peer coaching and serve as escalation resource

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Clear and diplomatic verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience with cross-functional interactions between Customer Support, Sales, Billing, Insurance, HSE, and Client Support
  • Ability to use Salesforce effectively
  • Strong understanding of OSHA recordkeeping regulations

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience interpreting legal agreements and merger documents
  • Knowledge of international registries and government databases
  • Background in customer support or account management
