Description

As a Customer Success Manager in our Hospitality segment, you will manage a portfolio of major hotel brands, driving value realization and account expansion by executing a bottoms-up, tops-down strategy. You'll own net-revenue growth, minimize contraction, and foster site-level success, ensuring customers maximize the Relay platform to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success (Enterprise Multi-Site Hospitality preferred)
  • Expertise in hospitality operations and guest experience workflows
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships
  • Experience with account-based selling and revenue ownership
  • Strong data interpretation and strategic planning skills

Responsibilities

  • Execute account-based selling multi-threading with Sales to drive expansion across national hospitality brands
  • Own net-revenue growth: minimize contraction, drive user expansion, upsells, and hardware refreshes
  • Manage strategic value realization by interpreting data trends and designing customer engagements
  • Serve as Voice of the Customer internally, relaying property-level feedback to ensure seamless experience
  • Partner with Support and Billing for timely resolution of escalations
