💼 About This Role

You'll act as a trusted advisor for strategic customers, managing a portfolio of enterprise clients to drive product adoption and deliver tailored solutions. You will lead complex integrations and platform architecture redesigns for large accounts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own a portfolio of 10 enterprise clients and lead up to 30 active projects
• Implement integrations (SSO, third-party tools) and troubleshoot technical issues
• Deliver platform audits and professional services to existing customers
• Contribute to knowledge base with best practices and lessons learned

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of professional consulting experience in a customer-facing role
• Previous deployment experience of SaaS products, ideally HR related
• Good understanding and experience working with APIs, SSO configuration & troubleshooting
• Fluent French (US/UK) and B2 level or equivalent English
