• Manage cancellation requests and negotiate retention solutions.
• Oversee billing and collections via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify upsell opportunities and account upgrades.
• Document key activities and ensure follow-up on collections.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in a related role.
• Fluent English (excellent written and verbal).
• Proactive phone communication skills.
• Negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
