You'll join the loudest store in Concord Mills as a music and pop culture fanatic. You'll provide amazing customer service and share your fandom knowledge to help fellow fans get the merch they love. This role is hyper-focused on creating the best in-store experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Cover the sales floor and ensure visual standards are met.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales at register.
• Assist with planogram changes and maintain stock room.
• Communicate trend information to management and HQ.

📋 Requirements

• Previous retail experience.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to navigate store and merchandise product.
• Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
