You'll take ownership of core financial operations including accounting, tax, treasury, and month-end close at a high-growth startup. Your work will directly shape scalable financial processes as Swap builds the infrastructure for modern agentic commerce. You'll lead the first group audit and implement new ERP systems like Netsuite.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain group accounting policies and ensure revenue/cost recognition
• Own monthly reporting process, both regional and consolidated
• Lead the first group audit, managing external auditors
• Mentor and develop a small finance team

📋 Requirements

• Qualified accountant with significant post qualification experience in controller/senior manager role
• Strong technical accounting, tax, and statutory reporting knowledge in international settings
• Experience leading a transactional finance team with stakeholder management skills
• Pro-technology attitude with experience using accounting software like Netsuite
