Description

You will lead the business-analytics roadmap for key CPG and consumer clients, translating broad business problems into concrete data and AI solutions. You'll manage cross-functional teams, drive client workshops, and contribute to organization-building through training and developing reusable frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CS from Tier I/II universities; MBA from top-tier B-school preferred
• 8+ years of business/management consulting experience in CPG or Lifesciences domains
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to develop strategic recommendations
• Demonstrated experience in strategy and business/technology consulting
• Sustained client relationship management at C-suite/leadership level

Responsibilities

• Own and drive execution of business-analytics roadmap for key CPG/consumer clients
• Lead client workshops to translate ambiguous business problems into data and AI use cases
• Define business problems, synthesize findings, and articulate how solutions improve client objectives
• Liaise with senior client stakeholders and present solution approaches
• Manage cross-functional teams for high-quality delivery, planning sprints and tracking progress
