Description

You will act as the vital link between our anti-money laundering platform and clients, translating their business needs into technical reality by guiding them through implementation, building rule scenarios, and ensuring successful go-lives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, or sciences
• 1+ years SaaS or customer-facing experience
• Native or bilingual proficiency in French
• Strong English communication skills
• Technical understanding of REST API services and implementation

Responsibilities

• Support clients with AML scenario/rule requests (new builds, amendments, changes)
• Assist clients in deploying rule changes to production
• Manage projects end-to-end ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline
• Develop project plans merging customer requirements with company goals
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders and identify roadblocks
