You'll lead research on agentic reasoning systems and runtime intelligence for a platform serving regulated enterprises. Your work will define how autonomous systems make trustworthy decisions in production. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Set technical direction for agentic reasoning and runtime intelligence across ModelMesh
• Design agentic platforms for researcher augmentation at scale
• Advance the science of autonomous reasoning with learned runtime components
• Unify perception, retrieval, reasoning, and action into coherent workflows
• Drive research on agent reliability for regulated environments

📋 Requirements

• PhD or MSc in Computer Science, ML, AI, or related field
• 8+ years in AI/ML research with production impact, including 3+ years building LLM-based or autonomous AI systems
• Deep hands-on experience in multi-agent coordination, planning under uncertainty, or sequential decision-making
• Designed evaluation frameworks for autonomous systems with non-binary correctness
• Proficient in Python with strong software architecture instincts

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building orchestration systems with non-trivial control flow
• Background in probabilistic modeling, Bayesian inference, control theory, or formal verification
• Experience with reliability engineering for autonomous AI in regulated environments
