Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years family law paralegal or legal assistant experience
• Associate's degree in paralegal studies or equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
• Experience with legal software like Smart Advocate, Clio, or MyCase
• Reliable transportation and ability to be onsite Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal documents
• Prepare financial disclosures, child support worksheets, and parenting plans
• Manage case calendars, track deadlines, and ensure timely filings
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel professionally
• Handle sensitive client data with discretion and accuracy
