💼 About This Role

You'll plan and deliver engaging telemedicine-based exercise sessions for patients with chronic cardiac and respiratory conditions. You'll monitor vital signs and provide individualized modifications for a medically complex patient population. This role offers the chance to transform conventional cardiac and pulmonary care through innovative digital health.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead daily telehealth group exercise sessions for 15-30 patients.
• Monitor vital signs and RPE/RPD for signs of distress.
• Provide patient education on disease management and preventive care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in exercise physiology, kinesiology, or related field.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• ACSM-CEP certification required or obtainable within 1 year.
• 2+ years clinical experience in cardiac or pulmonary rehabilitation.
