You'll bring up new Waymo platforms from prototype to deployment, working with engineering and cross-functional teams. You'll drive ops for new sensor suites and base vehicles to ensure scalability. This role impacts Waymo's mission to make autonomous driving a trusted reality.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Bring up and enable deployment of new Waymo platforms across program phases.
• Manage operations for new sensor suite and base vehicle for large scale deployment.
• Work with automotive partners on operational feedback and training.

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS in engineering, manufacturing, automotive or equivalent practical experience
• 4-6 years in automotive or transportation development
• Deep operations experience in hardware platform bring-up in critical mission environments
• Experience with cross-functional teams and external partners

• Engineering or technical degree in a related field
• Systems engineering experience with requirement-based analysis
• Full product life cycle experience from prototype to production
