🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide overall project leadership and governance.
• Develop and maintain Project Management Plan and Integrated Master Schedule.
• Lead client engagement and executive communication.
• Oversee future workforce demand analyses for modernization.
• Guide development of human capital solutions and roadmaps.

📋 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or closely related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in workforce planning or human capital consulting.
• Experience leading large-scale federal consulting engagements.
• Expertise in workforce demand modeling and gap assessment methodologies.
• Experience developing executive-level briefings.
