Description
You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage information security, compliance, and resilience risks. You'll contribute to risk management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and broader GRC initiatives, ensuring Agoda can prevent, withstand, and recover from disruptions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, CIS, CS, ISM, or equivalent
- 2-4 years experience in a technology role, preferably security or resilience
- Strong understanding of international InfoSec standards and frameworks
- Familiarity with BCM, DR, or Crisis Management concepts is a plus
- Independent, proactive, strong communication and project management skills
Responsibilities
- Apply Risk Management, GRC, ITGC, and industry frameworks (NIST CSF, PCI DSS)
- Contribute to BCP, DR, and Crisis Management programs
- Support Business Impact Analyses and map critical functions
- Assess risks and embed IT policies into daily operations
- Track and ensure timely remediation of audit findings
