Lead the development of AI-native workflows and product-led growth strategies at Asana. You will define verticalized AI use cases, manage LLM partnerships, and drive adoption of AI Teammates to transform how teams collaborate.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years product management experience, focus on growth at B2B SaaS
• Proven track record driving top-of-funnel acquisition and activation strategies
• Deep experience with AI/ML products, LLM APIs, or platform integrations
• Strong analytical foundation in experimentation and A/B testing
• Strategic business acumen for user experience and AI-driven revenue models

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver verticalized AI Agent use cases across priority industries
• Develop PLG motions for Copilot-to-Autopilot journey with autonomous AI Teammates
• Manage strategic partnerships with LLM providers to optimize Asana's discovery
• Own Growth KPIs: AI Net ARR, AI Teammate adoption, verticalized activation metrics
• Operate with 0→1 builder mentality to invent playbooks for AI consumption revenue
