• Develop and execute capture strategies for assigned opportunities
• Identify and analyze customer requirements and competitive landscape
• Lead capture process from identification through contract award
• Oversee preparation and submission of proposals and bids

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years in capture management or business development
• Strong understanding of the proposal lifecycle
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
