Description
You will drive the implementation of strategic initiatives with a finance lens, partnering with diverse stakeholders across IT, Product, Legal, and Business teams. You'll lead process integration and automation, ensuring scalability and alignment with organizational goals while managing cross-functional projects from UAT to launch.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably finance-related
- Tech industry or e-commerce background is a plus
- Extensive stakeholder management and influence skills
- Experience leading process integration and transformation initiatives
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Project manage and implement company-wide strategic initiatives
- Analyze implications of new initiatives on finance functions (accounting, tax, operations, treasury, etc.)
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize processes, and make trade-off decisions
- Represent finance in cross-functional forums, influence stakeholders to incorporate finance requirements
- Ensure timely project milestones, identify risks, troubleshoot, and propose mitigation plans
