💼 About This Role

You'll manage the end-to-end AP cycle and maintain general ledger for a fast-growing Series C SaaS company. Your work directly supports the scaling of a platform powering thousands of laundry businesses. You'll be part of a finance team central to our growth in a hybrid New York City environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end AP cycle including invoice receipt and payment processing
• Maintain general ledger and reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Maintain vendor master data and enforce W-9/1099 compliance
• Assist with audit, tax preparation, and year-end closing

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping
• Proficiency in NetSuite, Ramp, Airbase, or similar accounting software
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles

• CPA certification
• Experience with sales tax filings
• Knowledge of ERP systems and financial analytics tools
