You'll manage multi-entity accounting for a rapidly growing PE-backed firm overseeing expense allocations, cash reconciliations, consolidation, and technical accounting. Your work directly supports scalable financial operations across 30+ offices. You'll collaborate with Thrive Capital-backed leadership on process improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage parent company monthly accounting, including cash and fixed assets.
• Own and improve corporate expense allocation methodology and monthly true-ups.
• Reconcile cash activity in a sweep/ZBA environment across subsidiaries.
• Assist with debt, earnout, and deferred seller note entries.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting requirements
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities under pressure

• Experience in a multi-entity environment with consolidation
• Full cycle GL close experience
