You'll lead the organization's cybersecurity strategy, governance, and operational security programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You'll protect company systems, networks, and data by developing security policies, managing risk, and overseeing incident response. This role offers the opportunity to embed strong security practices across the company, working closely with Legal, IT, Engineering, and executive leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement information security strategy and governance frameworks
• Lead risk assessments, vulnerability management, and security risk mitigation
• Oversee security operations, threat monitoring, and incident response
• Partner with IT, engineering, and legal teams to integrate security

📋 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security
• 3-5+ years in a leadership or management role
• Experience with cloud security platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS)

• Master's degree in Cybersecurity or related field
• CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or GIAC certification
