💼 About This Role

You'll build and own Crosby's accounting and financial operations function from the ground up. You'll design financial infrastructure for an AI-native company, ensuring scale and rigor. You'll partner closely with leadership and investors on fundraising and diligence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee and execute all core accounting activities across the business
• Lead monthly and annual close processes with review and flux analysis
• Drive audit readiness and serve as primary audit contact
• Design and implement internal controls and standard operating procedures

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification required
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience including 2+ in high-growth startups
• Deep expertise in US GAAP standards
