💼 About This Role

You'll lead and mentor a team of 8-10 nurse practitioners while seeing a part-time patient panel. Your core impact is improving clinical quality and driving team performance in a mission-driven virtual care company reversing type 2 diabetes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review clinician quality and efficiency metrics with team members monthly
• Conduct 1:1 meetings to discuss challenges, ideas, and feedback
• Lead virtual and occasional in-person team meetings
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members

📋 Requirements

• NP degree with at least one active state medical license
• 2+ years in a management role directly people-managing
• Experience managing clinical and business metrics including quality and productivity
• Comfortable managing diabetes, prediabetes, and obesity patient panels
