💼 About This Role

You'll define and execute an applied research agenda at the frontier of AI, building and optimizing the entire ML pipeline. You'll develop novel architectures and fine-tune foundational models for diverse client applications. You'll collaborate with global AI advisors and join a team recognized by AWS as a model builder in LATAM.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and refine new ML/DL architectures
• Build, test, and monitor robust data pipelines and training processes
• Adapt and optimize foundational models for client needs
• Develop diverse AI-driven applications

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years designing and implementing ML models
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• Experience with PyTorch or similar deep learning frameworks
• Strong ability in experiment design and model evaluation

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with graph-based models
• Experience with distributed systems and large data volumes
• Active involvement in applied AI research or publications
