Principal, Customer Success Operations

Description

You will lead and contribute to strategic projects that enhance post-sales processes and improve operational efficiency for the APAC region. You'll act as a trusted advisor to the Customer Success VP, driving change to scale operations and achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in customer success / renewal / post-sales operations in a fast-growing organization
  • Experience working with enterprise technology companies; SaaS experience preferred
  • Proven skills in post-sales forecasting, customer health, and reporting
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience managing business metrics and productivity
  • Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams in a matrixed organization with aggressive timelines

Responsibilities

  • Analyze post-sales operations processes to identify optimization and innovation opportunities
  • Implement strategic initiatives to improve post-sales productivity, forecast accuracy, and pipeline visibility
  • Oversee design, implementation, and optimization of post-sales processes, tools, and systems
  • Monitor and analyze post-sales pipeline metrics, including renewal conversion rates and forecast accuracy
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and operational alignment
