You'll lead the ADAPT Engineering team at KKR in Gurugram, architecting foundational data and AI platforms. You'll drive scalable data pipelines and platform modernization for analytics, reporting, and advanced data science use cases. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define target-state architecture for investments data, including scalable data models and pipelines
• Partner with senior leaders across functions to align data engineering with business strategy
• Lead modernization of legacy data environments with cloud-aligned engineering patterns
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of data engineers and technical leads

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 16+ years of experience in data engineering or data architecture
• Deep domain expertise in investment management or asset management
• Proven track record leading enterprise data modernization programs

• Advanced degree in a related field
• Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks
