Description

As a Sr. Technical Operations Engineer, you will drive core user metrics, work cross-functionally to eliminate root causes of poor user experience, and serve as product manager for feature launches and automation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 4+ years experience in VC, consulting, or operations/product management at a tech company
• Willingness to dive deep into technical topics and data analytics
• Experience in data analysis using Python and SQL, R or similar
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Understand and drive core user metrics: NPS, Contact Ratio, Cancellation Ratio, CSAT
• Work cross-functionally to triage and eliminate root causes of poor user experience
• Fix, automate, or create processes for structural and emerging issues
• Serve as product manager for feature launches and software automation projects
