Description

You will manage the end-to-end operational and financial lifecycle of contracts, from setup to closure, ensuring accurate financial transactions and timely delivery to customers. You'll work cross-functionally with multiple teams to maintain data integrity, create sales orders, set up billing schedules, and develop dashboards for audit readiness.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years experience in operations, finance, contracts, or consulting
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance/Business/Accounting/Economics
• Government contracting/consulting experience preferred
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a U.S. Person due to export control

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts from inception to closure
• Set up projects and contracts in Oracle Fusion
• Create sales orders in accordance with Program Managers and Deployment Operations
• Work with billing team to set up billing and invoicing schedules
• Maintain dashboards of current and future contracts and action items
