You'll lead user acquisition strategy and execution at Hostinger, a fast-growing 900+ person company serving 5M+ clients in 150 countries. You'll own multi-channel acquisition, optimize performance, and drive measurable business growth across products while working closely with marketing, product, data, and leadership teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own new customer acquisition targets and strategy.
• Plan and scale multi-channel user acquisition across platforms.
• Identify growth ceilings and implement break-through strategies.
• Design and execute A/B tests and landing page experiments.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in growth or performance marketing in high-growth SaaS.
• Proven ownership of user acquisition or revenue KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Affiliates.
• Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS.
