You'll support the store leadership team at Hot Topic, a pop culture and music retailer. You'll help create an amazing customer experience for fellow fans and train new recruits to ensure their success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience for customers.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.
• Support stock room organization and store tidiness.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Passion for music and pop culture.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous assistant manager experience.
• Knowledge of BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Experience training new employees.
