Description
You will lead and advance Civil Science's survey program in North Dakota, overseeing surveyors and support staff. As Division Manager, you'll drive strategic direction, business development, and technical excellence while managing multi-project delivery and team development.
Requirements
- North Dakota Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license
- 12+ years of professional surveying experience with strong technical depth
- Proven ability to develop and sustain revenue-generating client relationships
- Strong project management skills: budgeting, scheduling, quality control
- Ability to travel throughout North Dakota and potentially surrounding states
Responsibilities
- Set strategic direction for the survey division aligned with company goals
- Lead division-level planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Drive quality, risk management, and safety compliance
- Develop staff through mentoring, hiring, and performance management programs
- Lead business development for ND survey market, including client relationships and proposal development
