Requirements

• 6+ years professional experience, 3+ in a people leadership role within a startup
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
• Exceptional communication skills
• Trusted advisor mindset with discretion and empathy
• Deep passion for the mission of improving health outcomes

Responsibilities

• Translate the CEO’s vision into clear, actionable plans and lead OKR processes
• Spot gaps, risks, redundancies early and drive solutions using data dashboards
• Act as a trusted proxy for CEO and COO in critical meetings
• Prepare Board materials with compelling storytelling and data
• Support executive hiring, onboarding, and leadership development
