💼 About This Role

You'll join a cross-functional XP team building infrastructure as code for our Generative AI platform Imogen. You'll collaborate with client teams to deploy Imogen to their cloud infrastructure and evolve XP engineering practices like pair programming and TDD. This role offers the chance to shape how AI is applied pragmatically in modernization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build infrastructure as code for product teams to deploy Imogen
• Pair program with engineers and collaborate with product managers
• Work with client teams to deploy Imogen to their cloud infrastructure
• Participate in a follow-the-sun on-call rotation for incident response

📋 Requirements

• Experience as a software engineer in a professional team environment
• Exposure to XP practices such as pair programming and TDD
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering or equivalent
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and related tooling

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience developing a platform as a service product
• Experience with Terraform or other infrastructure as code tools
• Proficiency in Go or similar language for infrastructure scripts
