You'll be the captain of our bakery, leading a shift to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. You'll take pride in predicting the flow of business and creating a productive, fun night for your store. Own the night by balancing baking, cashiering, and team coaching.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead shift operations and delegate tasks to the team.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience with Point of Sale systems.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US.
