You'll own end-to-end recruiting for Product, Data, and Tech teams at a fast-growing startup. Your work will directly impact building a world-class technical organization from the ground up. You'll act as a strategic partner to leadership in a remote-first, high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for technical roles in Product, Data, and Tech.
• Partner with leaders to develop sourcing strategies for key technical roles.
• Use multiple sourcing methods to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Own the technical interview process to attract and engage top talent.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in technical recruiting or sourcing within a Tech/AI startup.
• Deep understanding of recruiting fundamentals from sourcing to stakeholder alignment.
• Comfortable juggling multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with Lever or a similar ATS.

• Comfortable operating across U.S., India, and LatAm markets.
• Experience building processes from 0→1 in scaling organizations.
• Data-informed decision-making skills.
